It’s a skills development course based on ACT, which teaches you how to use your mental flexibility in order make choices for the best response when faced with challenging situations or events from everyday life. We are not asked to manage our anger, but rather change our relationship with it. You will learn how mindfulness can help with your emotional intelligence. This program includes modules that teach important topics like relaxing the body, observing your thoughts and emotions, and committing to your values. This program guides users helping them to develop their own mindfulness practices over time through techniques such as meditation or breathing exercises, and reflections. Features include: - This online learning platform includes Learning Modules, EQ podcasts, Activities, and Quizzes.

    Yes, this is a six-week, nine-hour program with a certificate at the end of the program after 100 percent completion of modules, activities, EQ podcasts and a score of over 80 percent on quizzes.
